LANDMARK® STS Series Coolant Separators are used to capture and remove ferrous metal chips and particles from coolants.

 4 DIFFERENT CAPACITIES from 40 lt/min. to 120 lt/min.

     LANDMARK® STS Series Coolant Separators utilize stationary magnet with a continuous rotating outer drum. As used; the coolant flows into the reservoir. Afterwards, the coolant moves underneath the drum and metal chips are captured by drum's powerful magnetic field. The rotating magnetic drum brings the captured metal particles out of the coolant and squeegee roller presses over the magnetic drum to filter coolant from the metal chips. Filtered coolant flows back down to drum into the reservoir. Captured particles rotate the non-magnetic side of the drum to sweeping plate for smooth removal of sludge. Cleaned coolant will be regenerated for further applications.
